1. Your booking
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation from us. The person making the booking confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to book for the group.
2. Private group pricing
Unless the tour page says otherwise, published prices are in US dollars and apply to one private group up to the stated maximum size. The tour page identifies the duration and principal inclusions. Optional purchases and items listed as excluded are paid separately.
3. Custom itineraries
Routes and timing may be adjusted by agreement, or when local conditions, closures, weather, safety or circumstances outside our control require a change. A comparable experience will be offered where reasonably possible.
4. Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, arriving at the agreed pickup point on time and sharing relevant mobility, health or dietary needs before the tour. Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions and respect local laws and customs.
5. Third-party services
Some itineraries may include independent transport, attractions, restaurants or other suppliers. Their availability and operating conditions may affect the itinerary. Any material third-party conditions will be explained before confirmation when they apply.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Our Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Any tour-specific non-refundable cost or different condition will be disclosed before payment.
7. Conduct and safety
We may end a service when a guest's behavior creates a serious safety risk, is unlawful or materially disrupts the experience for others. No refund is due for services ended for serious misconduct.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or for indirect losses unrelated to the booked service.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. We encourage you to contact us first so any concern can be resolved promptly and fairly.
