Payment card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by this website. We receive payment status, transaction reference and limited billing details needed to manage the booking.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, design itineraries, process and confirm bookings, coordinate guides and transport, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain required business records and comply with legal obligations.
4. Who receives it
Information is shared only when needed with selected licensed guides, drivers or service providers involved in your itinerary, and with technical providers such as our hosting and payment processors. We do not sell personal information.

We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as reasonably required to deliver the service, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. Access is restricted, and payment data is handled by Stripe.
